In August, Jiangnan Shipyard successfully launched a 7600 CEU liquefied natural gas (LNG) dual-fuel vehicle carrier being built for SAIC Anji Logistics. Zhejiang Jndia Pipeline Industry Co., Ltd (JNDIA) is honored to take part in the supply of modular components of marine piping system for this vessel.

This 7600-vehicle carrier constitutes the first over-7000-vehicle carrier large-scale PCTC classification project for CCS, subject to statutory inspections by CCS and classified by CCS and DNV. It is a new generation super-Panamax vehicle carrier that complies with the latest international emission regulations, featuring a total length of 199.9 meters, a molded width of 38 meters, a molded depth of 15.5 meters, a structural draft of 10.2 meters, and a service speed of 19 knots. Characterized by strong cargo adaptability, high loading flexibility, cleaner emission, low fuel consumption, flexible operation, high reliability of equipment, convenience for maintenance, and good profitability, the vessel can satisfy the shipowner’s requirements of optimizing the clear height of the deck and increasing the number of the cargo-loading decks adaptable to multi-type new energy vehicles, and the changing trends of production, consumption and transportation of the international automotive industry.
